Luke 23:34

Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do

Jesus spoke these words as he hung on the cross

He was speaking about all that were responsible for putting him there.

Psalm 130:3,4

If you, O Lord, kept a record of sins....who could stand?

But with you there is forgiveness; therefore You are feared

Jesus forgave us all

He took our punishment

He took our place

This is what he wrote

For a long time I have wanted to do a painting

that would minister to God's people.

I asked Him to give me an image that would speak to His people.

Forgiven is the answer to that prayer.

It portrays one of the most important truths.

God has made the way for forgiveness and

restored fellowship through the atoning sacrifice of His Son,
